Description and field of application
- The mortar can be used with dry and wet concrete
- In the case of above-the-head installation, the threaded rod must be fixed in accordance with the processing time
- Approved in conjunction with standard threaded rods or TOX Stix threaded rods
Processing and assembly
- A perforated sleeve should be used when working in perforated brick
- Clean the drill hole
- Screw the static mixer securely to the cartridge
- If the insertion depth deviates from the standard, mark this on the anchor rod
- Approximately the first 10 cm of the injection mortar should be discarded and not used for fixing
- Starting at the bottom of the drill hole, fill the cleaned drill hole approximately up to 2/3 with injection mortar, or completely full if using a perforated sleeve
- Insert the anchor rod by turning it slightly until the defined insertion depth is reached
- Observe the torque and hardening time specified under each applicable approval
- The mortar can be used in dry and damp concrete
- The Liquix Blaster and Liquix Blaster Pro dispenser guns should be used when working with coaxial, peeler and blown film cartridges; for side-by-side cartridges, use the Liquix Blaster Plus dispenser gun
