Plasterboard wall plug Spiral

Properties

• No pre-drilling: in single sheet gypsum plasterboard
• No surface cracking thanks to special thread geometry
• High load-bearing values in gypsum plasterboard high up to 8 kg per fixing point
• PZ2 drive for easy installation

Description and field of application

• Glass fibre-reinforced gypsum plasterboard wall plug
• Reinforced drill bit for easy installation with no additional setting tool
• For single sheet gypsum plasterboard
• Spiral + screw: Screw with PZ2 drive

Processing and assembly

• Centre punch the gypsum plasterboard before screwing in
• Not suitable for gypsum fibre board and tiled gypsum plasterboard
• Short wall plug length means little space required behind the board
• Use only chipboard and self-tapping screws with ø 4.5 mm
• Minimum screw length = wall plug length 32 mm + fixture thickness
• Pre-positioned installation

Metal cavity wall plug Pirat Skippi-S

Properties

• The wall plug cap with anti-rotation locks prevents rotation in the building material
• The threaded hook can be loosened and tightened without removing the wall plug
• For single sheet gypsum plasterboard, gypsum fibre board and chipboard
• High load-bearing values thanks to large-surface anchoring on the back of the boards

Processing and assembly

• Make a drill hole the size of the wall plug diameter
• Drill into perforated brick and gypsum plasterboard in a rotary motion without impact to prevent the drill hole from becoming too large or webs in the perforated brick from breaking away
• The drill hole in gypsum plasterboard must be made with a wood or metal drill
• Drill into concrete and solid brick with impact
• Minimum screw length = wall plug length + fixture thickness + 5 mm
